Lim Chin Aik is a seasoned property and development leader with more than 20 years of experience across residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. With strong expertise in land acquisition, master planning and full project delivery, he has built a reputation for disciplined execution and long-term value creation.
During his time with Andaman Group, Lim played a key role in driving major development initiatives, contributing to a cumulative GDV of approximately RM4 billion. His leadership covered land strategy, design oversight, construction coordination and multi-team management, ensuring each project met quality and performance benchmarks.

Yoon Lai Chong is a development and design professional with strong experience in architectural planning and project delivery. Beginning his career at Zone Architect, he gained a solid foundation in concept development, spatial design and technical coordination. He later expanded into property development, covering feasibility studies, planning, procurement and site execution.
As Associate Director at Avantex, Yoon leads design direction and development planning, ensuring every project achieves the right balance of design integrity, commercial value and long-term functionality. He is recognised for his detail-driven approach and commitment to thoughtful, future-ready design.
General Manager
With over 34 years of experience in the construction and property development industry, Ngeoh Boon Hooi brings extensive expertise in project management, planning and execution. A graduate of Tunku Abdul Rahman College in Building Technology, he began his career in construction before moving into large-scale township and high-rise development management.
Throughout his career, he has held key positions in established companies such as Europlus Corporation, HR United, and Euthenia Land, managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across Klang Valley and beyond. His leadership reflects deep technical knowledge, strong coordination skills, and a commitment to quality and timely delivery.
